People from all over the world are involved in the manufacture of our products. This places a responsibility on us of which we are aware. It therefore goes without saying that we are globally committed to human rights and the improvement of working conditions.
Through our risk management system, we can identify hazards in our supply chains at an early stage and do something about them. Own teams regularly assess our production facilities and check that our standards and requirements are being met. Engagement with local trade unions, employee representatives and civil organisations helps us to gain a better understanding of the risks and to continuously develop our measures as part of our human rights due diligence obligations.
Through Fair Wear’s reporting system, workers and unions can contact us with complaints and tips.
In order for you to be able to make a responsible purchasing decision, you need to know where and under what conditions our products are manufactured. Since 2020, we have published the suppliers we work with. In the future, we want to take that further and integrate the supply chains for all our products directly into the online shop. To do this, we have been working with the German tech company Retraced since 2023.
In our strategy for more sustainable materials, we have continuously been setting ourselves targets for the use of even more sustainable materials in all our products for several years now. And we’ll continue to work on it in the future – for even better styles!
Do other topics and actions seem more important to you and do you have questions or suggestions about our sustainability concepts? Let's talk about it! We know we still have a long way to go - there is still a lot to do. We are interested in your honest opinion. Write to us at [email protected].
